Located on the Ground Floor

Of all of the Ionian Eye’s studios, the exclusive Premier Suite is the ultimate in luxury and privacy. In this area of Corfu only the major 5* hotels offer this standard of accommodation.

The spacious (46sqm) interior is stylish and modern. The living space comprises of a small kitchen, seating area with sofa bed and flat screen TV. Access to the exterior is through patio doors leading to the private decked terrace. The bedroom is the ultimate in tranquility and comfort with soft lighting, floor to ceiling wardrobes, a 50″ smart TV and sliding patio doors to leading to the covered terrace outside. Both rooms have AC. The bespoke bathroom has a glass cubicle and a rainfall shower.

The exterior space (65sqm) is a haven of privacy. For leisurely al fresco breakfasts and intimate dining, the outdoor covered terrace has modern furniture, for relaxation there is a comfy sofa and lots of cushions. There is also a private Jacuzzi hot tub and decked terrace with sun loungers.

Located on the ground floor of the property the view of the sea and the Mainland of Greece in the distance is interrupted only by ancient olive trees, but affords the Premier Suite its privacy.

The Premier Suite will accommodate 2 adults + 2 children

Twin Bed Studio

Located on the first and second floors of the building.

Furnished with larger than standard twin beds, this studio is perfect for friends.  The twin beds can be moved allowing the addition of an extra fold out bed for a third guest, but please bear in mind that the available living space will be limited.  The bathroom is a small but functional wet room.

Located on the land side of the building there is no sea view, the furnished balcony looks out on to the hillside.  These studios get the afternoon sun.  As the property is built into the natural slope of the land, the first floor twin bed studio can be reached without having to climb any stairs and has an easy access to the swimming pool.  This studio also benefits from an electronic roller shutter.

Superior Suite Side Sea View (2+1)

Located on the first and second floors of the building.

Newest renovated (from summer 2024) this is a larger studio and was originally designed for a family, but since our change in policy (adults only 14 years+) it appeals to, and is frequently booked by couples who prefer more space.  Designed in a luxury style, these studios have a large smart TV, state of the art lighting  and a useful kitchenette with a coffee maker.

These studios are positioned on the side of the building and have a sea view from the side of the larger, furnished balcony

The unit offers 1 large double bed and a sofa that becomes a bed for an extra person

The bathroom is a compact but functional wet room.  The property has been built into the natural slope of the landscape and the first floor side sea view studios are both accessible without having to climb any stairs.

 

Double Studio Sea View Ground Floor

These studios are the perfect space for a couple. Although these studios are compact, they have been designed to ensure you have everything needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The recently refurbished ground floor studios benefit from a large wooden decked terrace and pergola, and are furnished with two sun loungers, a table and chairs. There are no stairs to these studios. Access is from a gentle slope at the right hand side of the reception. The view of the sea and the Mainland of Greece is only slightly interrupted by ancient olive trees. Electronic roller shutters are fitted to all ground floor studios.

Double Studio Sea View

These studios are the perfect space for a couple. Although these studios are compact, they have been designed to ensure you have everything needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bathroom is a small but functional wet room.

From their position at the front of the building, means the incomparable sea view from the balcony or terrace is where you can enjoy the ever changing landscape. This will always be the perfect spot to watch the sunrise, to eat breakfast or have a ‘sundowner’ before dinner.
