Payment Terms

For us to verify a booking we ask for a credit card pre-authorization form to be filled by you for all amount. Please note that we will not make a charge unless of a cancellation from your side (please check next column : “Cancellation charges”) or a non show. The pre-authorization will be performed anytime prior your arrival. Please make sure there is sufficient limit in your card. The actual charge is preferable in cash prior departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • above 90 days prior to arrival: 0% cancellation fee
  • 30-89 days prior to arrival : 30% cancellation fee
  • 15-29 days prior to arrival : 50% cancellation fee
  • 14 days or less prior to arrival – Non-Show – earlier departures: 100% cancellation fee
  • Any cancellation will be treated with love.

Check in

  • Check-in : 14.00pm
  • Check-out : 10.00am
  • Early check-in or late check-out upon request and subject to availability.
