Payment Terms<\/h3>\n

For us to verify a booking we ask for a credit card pre-authorization form to be filled by you for all amount. Please note that we will not make a charge unless of a cancellation from your side (please check next column : „Cancellation charges“) or a non show. The pre-authorization will be performed anytime prior your arrival. Please make sure there is sufficient limit in your card. The actual charge is preferable in cash prior departure.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>

Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n

  • above 90 days prior to arrival: 0% cancellation fee<\/li>\n
  • 30-89 days prior to arrival : 30% cancellation fee<\/li>\n
  • 15-29 days prior to arrival : 50% cancellation fee<\/li>\n
  • 14 days or less prior to arrival \u2013 Non-Show \u2013 earlier departures: 100% cancellation fee<\/li>\n
  • Any cancellation will be treated with love.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>
